At Salsa Brava Fresh Mexican Grill, your food is always made fresh from scratch. Our salsas are handmade using more than 2,500 pounds of hand-cut fresh tomatoes weekly. We use only the highest quality leanest meats, Wisconsin-aged cheese, and 100% cholesterol-free canola oil for the most flavorful Mexican dishes. While most Mexican restaurants incorporate lard and MSG into their menus, we respectfully disagree with this cooking practice. Join Our Weekly Run Clubs! Eat Fresh, Live Well, Run. Each week, Salsa Brava organizes a 5K Run Club with a route through the local neighborhood and great food & drink specials following.
